1. Reasons

In order to solve the problem of its leaves drying up, we need to find the cause and then take corresponding measures.

1. Improper watering

This is the main reason why its leaves dry up. During normal maintenance, if we do not water the plant according to the actual situation of the flowerpot, but water it at a fixed frequency or forget to water it, it may cause its leaves to dry up.

If you water too much, water will accumulate in the substrate, which will affect the breathing of its roots, resulting in a lack of nutrition and the leaves will dry up.

If you water it too little, it will not be enough to support its normal survival and growth, and it will also cause its leaves to dry up.

2. Direct sunlight

In addition to watering, long-term strong sunlight is also likely to cause its leaves to dry out. If dryness occurs in summer, this is probably the reason.

3. The air is too dry

If it stays in a very dry environment for a long time, its leaves will also dry up. If the leaves of the plant dry up in a dry and closed room for a long time, this may be the reason.

4. The occurrence of pests and diseases

In addition to the above three reasons, the invasion of pathogens and pests is also likely to cause its leaves to dry up. If pests are found on its leaves or rhizomes, we can be sure that the cause of its disease is the bite of pests.

1. Cut off the dead leaves first, then water according to the appropriate method. Watering does not need to be done at a strictly fixed frequency. You can water it as long as you observe that the substrate in the flowerpot is dry. When watering, be careful to control the amount of water. Do not water too much at one time. Use small amounts and multiple times to make the soil in the pot slightly moist.

2. Although it likes light very much, it can grow under conditions with slightly poor sunlight, but it cannot grow under excessively strong sunlight. If it is due to light, you need to cut off the dead leaves first, then move it to a place where the light is bright but not strong, or provide it with appropriate shade.

3. Spray some water around it in time.

4. Observe carefully, cut off all diseased leaves and burn them, then use appropriate pesticides to kill fungi and insects.
