How to grow the silkworm

How to grow the silkworm

1. Sufficient sunlight

During the growth stage, sufficient sunlight is required to make the plant compact and beautiful. If the light cannot be guaranteed, the plant may become loose and affect the ornamental matrix, so it cannot be kept in a dark place all the time. In addition to ensuring sufficient sunlight, you must also pay attention to the light intensity so as not to burn the leaves.

2. Apply water correctly

The plant does not require much water, so just add appropriate amount according to its growth. Water the soil when it is dry, but avoid excessive water, otherwise it will cause long-term water accumulation at the roots, which will cause the roots to rot and affect the growth of the entire plant. You can't always go without watering, otherwise the house silk will grow slowly and the leaves will become dull.

3. Supplement fertilizer

It needs sufficient nutrients to grow. Apply thin liquid fertilizer about once every 20 days. Pay attention to the concentration, which should not be too high.

4. Maintain temperature

The normal temperature suitable for growth is around 20℃. Pay attention to anti-freeze in winter, ensure that the daytime temperature is above 15℃, and the night temperature cannot be lower than 5℃. If you strictly control the water, it can withstand the low temperature of 0℃.
