How to care for the lucky charm plant after it blooms

How to care for the lucky charm plant after it blooms

1. Segregant strains

The lifespan of the lucky plant is very long, and it can only bloom once in its lifetime. The flowering period is relatively long, lasting about 5 months. If you ignore it after it blooms, it will gradually turn yellow and wither until the plant dies, and it will be worthless to maintain it. After flowering, cut off the withered flowers, remove the roots, and then observe whether there are new buds next to the roots. These are the sub-plants we want to cultivate later. You can slowly break off the sub-plants you find.

2. Cultivation of sub-plants

The broken off seedlings need to be planted. It likes to grow in loose, well-drained soil. When growing it at home, you can mix it with peat soil, fine sand and garden soil. Plant the seedlings in the soil and then water them with enough water to help them fit in with the soil.

3. Post-maintenance

1. Humidity: There are certain requirements for humidity, which needs to be maintained at 75-85%, which is most conducive to growth. You can spray water around to increase the humidity.

2. Light: Just give it appropriate sunlight, but avoid strong light. It will grow well in a diffuse light environment.

3. Temperature: Adjust the growth temperature and keep it at around 20 degrees Celsius. It should not be lower than 10 degrees Celsius in winter.
