How to grow air grass

How to grow air grass

1. Pay attention to hydration

Many people misunderstand that it grows through the air. In fact, it absorbs water through the silvery-white scales on the stem. It is suitable for growing in an environment with high humidity. During the breeding process, we pay attention to spraying water regularly to ensure growth, thereby creating a growth environment with high humidity. Spray the plant with water every three days, and soak it in clean water every week, leaving it for about 10 minutes.

2. Ensure the temperature

Temperature is also a very important factor. It can be placed outdoors for maintenance in summer and can withstand the scorching sun. It is not cold-resistant. The temperature is cold in winter, so it should be moved indoors for maintenance in time. Leaving it outside may cause frostbite.

3. Ventilation conditions

It is also necessary to maintain ventilation conditions and open windows to ensure air circulation. The plants cannot stay in an airtight room for a long time, as this is not beneficial to their growth and may also cause various diseases and pests.

4. Apply fertilizer appropriately

Adequate nutrients are helpful for growth. Soak the plant in fertilizer water once a month. You can choose compound liquid fertilizer, but be careful not to use too much.
