How to grow miniature roses

1. Soil

During the maintenance of miniature roses, you need to use air-permeable and loose soil. A general mixture of leaf mold and garden soil can be used. It is best to add an appropriate amount of coal slag to improve drainage, which will prevent water from accumulating and is more conducive to root growth and development.

2. Watering

Do not water too often during maintenance. Wait until the soil is dry before watering. It is best to water when the soil is dry. If you water too frequently, the roots cannot absorb all the water, which will cause the soil to be too moist, affecting breathing, making the roots prone to rot and hindering growth.

3. Fertilization

It likes fertilizer, so when caring for it, you need to apply thin fertilizer frequently to supplement nutrients. It should be applied about once every ten days. Diluted organic fertilizer can be used. After the flower buds are formed, you should increase the amount of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to promote flowering and make the flowers bigger and brighter.

4. Lighting

Its growth cannot be separated from light. Only when there is sufficient light can it bloom normally. It needs at least four hours of sunlight every day during the growing period. But you must pay attention to shade in the summer. The light is too strong and you must provide shade in time.
