How to raise a fortune tree at home

1. Maintenance location

When growing a money tree at home, you need to pay attention to the location of its maintenance. It can be kept indoors, but it must have bright light and proper ventilation. A balcony or windowsill is a good location. In summer, it should be placed in a place without strong sunlight to avoid sunburn.

2. Replenish water

The plant needs sufficient water during its growth period, and should be watered in time during maintenance. It can be watered 2-3 times a week. It is best to provide water according to the breeding climate. A warmer environment will cause the water to evaporate quickly, so you need to water more appropriately and keep the cultivating soil slightly moist.

3. Adjust the temperature

Provide it with a suitable growth environment, and the temperature should be maintained at around 25°C. The breeding temperature in midsummer should not exceed 33℃, and cooling work should be done if necessary. The temperature during winter should not be lower than 8℃, and you need to keep warm when the weather is cold.

4. Reasonable fertilization

Its growth state should be maintained with nutrition, and it should be fertilized once a month. It is recommended to use phosphorus and potassium fertilizers or organic fertilizers. Do not apply too much nitrogen fertilizer, as the plant will easily grow too tall. Use fertilizer in a balanced manner and avoid applying raw fertilizer or high-concentration fertilizer, which may burn the roots.
