How to cultivate copper coin grass (hydroponic and soil cultivation methods)

How to cultivate copper coin grass (hydroponic and soil cultivation methods)

1. Soil culture

1. Soil: It is not very demanding on loam, but it is best to give it fine, moist, slightly acidic soil.

2. Watering: Because the plant has so many leaves, the transpiration effect is very obvious, and replenishing water is a very important part. During the growth period, it can be done once every 2-3 days. In summer, you should spray water on the plants frequently to maintain a high air humidity. The temperature should be relatively dry in winter, and waterlogging should be avoided.

3. Sunlight: Although direct sunlight is taboo, it needs to be given appropriate light. 4-6 hours of diffuse light a day can make it grow well. Excessive shade can cause the leaves to rot.

2. Hydroponics

1. Water quality: If you choose to cultivate with water, you need to change the water frequently. Change the water every 3-4 days in summer and once a week in winter. Ordinary tap water can be used for watering, but it needs to be allowed to stand and cannot be used directly.

2. Temperature: 10-26 degrees is very suitable. Too hot or too cold will affect its growth.

3. Fertilization: Add appropriate amount of fertilizer, dissolve ordinary fertilizer in water and let it absorb by itself, but the concentration should not be too high.
