How to grow African jasmine in autumn

1. Watering

It is still in the growing season in autumn and needs to be watered every two days. Winter is its dormant period, and it needs to ensure sufficient water before winter comes to survive the winter, so it needs to be watered thoroughly in late autumn. Normally, spray water on its leaves more often. The water should be fine and dense to facilitate plant absorption.

2. Ventilation

Because of the heating, the indoor temperature in the north is very high in autumn. Although the plants can still survive in such an environment, it will affect their growth in the next year. So if the room temperature exceeds 25 degrees, ventilation is needed. In addition, you need to loosen the soil in the pot to allow the roots to breathe. The temperature in the south is relatively low in late autumn, so it needs the best warming measures. Wrap old cotton wool or plastic foam around the main branches, or cover the entire plant with a film bag to ensure the temperature.

3. Fertilization

The method of fertilizing in early autumn is the same as that in the growing season, apply every two weeks. In late autumn, you need to slowly reduce fertilization until it stops.

4. Lighting

Try to keep it in a sunny place. Sufficient sunlight can ensure its normal metabolism. The sunlight in early autumn is still relatively strong, so it needs to be blocked. The daylight in late autumn is relatively short and not strong, so it can be exposed to sunlight all day.
