Cultivation methods and precautions of plane flowers

Cultivation methods and precautions of plane flowers

The plane tree is a common potted green plant. It has a strong ability to adapt to the environment and is resistant to heat, sun and barrenness. It can even be grown in the garden soil in the green belt.

How to grow plane flowers

1. Soil

The plant of plane tree does not have high requirements for soil, but it is best suited to growing in loose, fertile, well-breathable soil. It is most afraid of alkaline soil, otherwise the plant will grow poorly.

2. Lighting

The plane flower prefers a warm and sunny growing environment. During the cultivation period, it is necessary to ensure a long light exposure time so that the plant can grow and develop better.

3. Temperature

The plant of plane tree is very drought-resistant, but not cold-resistant. It can only withstand temperatures as low as around 8°C. It is necessary to take anti-cold measures to avoid low temperature damage.

4. Moisture

The plane flower likes moisture, but is also afraid of waterlogging. During the cultivation period, you need to control the amount of watering, keep the soil slightly moist, and try to avoid water accumulation and root rot.

5. Nutrients

The sycamore does not require too much nutrients. Generally speaking, it is sufficient to fertilize it once every half a month. When the temperature drops in autumn, the amount of fertilizer can be gradually reduced.

Precautions for the maintenance of plane flowers

If you want the sycamore to bloom in large quantities, the soil must be loose and breathable to ensure dry-wet cycles. You can use peat soil or granular soil to prepare it, which can promote better growth and flowering.
