Fungus cultivation cost and profit

Fungus cultivation cost and profit

Wood ear is not only an edible fungus, but also a relatively good health food ingredient with relatively high nutritional value. In recent years, people's living standards have continued to improve, and health preservation has received more attention. Therefore, the market demand for wood ear continues to grow. Although the market price of wood ear is not very high, overall, its economic benefits are relatively high.

Fungus cultivation cost

In my country, wood ear is cultivated on a large scale, and generally speaking, it is divided into two modes: ground planting and hanging bag cultivation. Generally speaking, the cost of ground planting is relatively low, and the cost of materials, drip irrigation facilities, labor costs and production equipment costs total about 10,000 yuan. For hanging bag cultivation, the cost is a little higher, and the required production equipment, labor costs, material costs, etc. total about 20,000 yuan.

Fungus cultivation profit

The income from growing black fungus is affected by the market and production management. Under normal circumstances, the profit of black fungus produced by ground cultivation is about 10,000 to 20,000 yuan per mu, and the profit of black fungus grown by sling cultivation can reach 30,000 to 40,000 yuan per mu. In general, compared with other edible fungi, the cost of growing black fungus is relatively much lower, and the market price fluctuation is relatively small, and the risk of planting is also relatively small.

How to grow fungus

Wood ear is a mesophilic fungus, suitable for planting in summer and autumn. There are two forms of wood ear planting. One is log planting, which uses oak branches as raw materials. Holes are punched on the branches and wood ear fungi are implanted. After storage to promote the growth of mycelium, they are placed in mountain woods or farmland, and water is sprayed with spray belts to make the wood ear grow. The other is bag planting. The raw material of the bag is broad-leaved tree branches crushed into powdered wood. They are put into plastic bags, sterilized at high temperature, and then wood ear fungi are implanted. After storage to promote the growth of mycelium, they are placed in a greenhouse and water is injected to grow wood ear.
