Garlic vine is not cold-resistant, and the suitable temperature for its growth is between 21℃-28℃. It grows vigorously in spring, summer and autumn, but will stop growing due to low temperatures in winter. The winter overwintering temperature needs to be kept above 5℃. Frost damage may occur if the temperature is lower than this.

Watering and fertilizing

In terms of water and fertilizer management, watering needs to be carried out according to changes in the environment. It grows vigorously in summer, and the temperature is high and the evaporation is large, so it needs to be watered frequently, and you can water it once a day. In winter, when the temperature is low, the plant will stop growing and watering will need to be reduced. It can be watered once every 3-4 days. When fertilizing, you can choose natural organic fertilizer, apply some base fertilizer when planting, and then use compound fertilizer rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements every month.
