Terrafonte Rose Advantages and Disadvantages (Bernardi Terrafonte Rose Shrub Introduction)

Advantages and disadvantages of Terrafonte rose

Bernadette Terrafonte rose is named after a French actress. It is a rose variety with strong disease resistance and good heat tolerance. It blooms very frequently and belongs to the frequent flowering variety. It has 40-60 petals and a beautiful flower shape .

Originated from France, it was bred in 2004. It is a shrub rose with a plant height of about 1 meter . It can bloom repeatedly in multiple seasons and has a strong fruity aroma.

The flowers of the Bernardi Terrafonte are tall cup-shaped with a rosette-shaped core, and the flowers are purple and magenta . In full sun, the golden back can be seen.

Usually, its flower diameter is about 10 cm, and the crown width of the whole plant is about 50 cm. The disadvantage is that the branches are a little weak, and the flowers are a little droopy. Overall, it is a rose worth buying.

Is the Terrafonte rose easy to grow?

Judging from the shape of the plant, it is more suitable for planting on terraces where there is not much space. It does not require a lot of space for climbing and is easier to care for.

The best way to plant roses is to plant them on the ground, because they have very complex roots growing below their roots. If there is not enough space for growth, these roots will be tightly entangled together, which will easily affect their growth condition.

This is why many friends' roses grow vigorously in the first few months, but grow weakly in the second half of the year. If such symptoms occur, it means that the soil and flower pots should be replaced.

The well-developed rhizomes in the soil are like the many mouths of roses. Each of them is working hard to absorb nutrients from the soil and continuously deliver nutrients to the branches and leaves above the soil. Obviously, roses have a very high demand for nutrients.
