Is the sweet osmanthus easy to grow in a pot?

Jinbuhuan is actually another name for Panax notoginseng. This plant is relatively easy to grow and is very shade-tolerant, but it is more afraid of exposure to the sun. It is more suitable for maintenance in places with sufficient light but no direct sunlight.

How to cultivate golden osmanthus

1. Soil

The plant Sweet Buds prefers loose, fertile and well-breathable soil . It can be planted in general humus soil, garden soil and sandy river soil. A small amount of perlite can also be added.

2. Flower Pots

If the sweet osmanthus is planted in a pot, it is recommended to choose a flower pot of appropriate size. Clay pots and tile pots are both acceptable . It is recommended to choose a larger one so that it can provide sufficient space for the plant's growth.

3. Watering

During the cultivation period of Artemisia annua, watering must be properly controlled . If conditions permit, you can use a sprinkler to water it. It is only necessary to water it once every 10 days or so . When the rainy season comes, you can use rainwater for watering.

4. Lighting

The demand for light of the sweet osmanthus plant is not large, but the light transmittance of the plant itself is relatively low, so it is recommended to have no less than 8 hours of light exposure per day .

5. Fertilization

The peak growth period of Artemisia annua is in autumn, and it needs to be fertilized reasonably at this time , mainly using diluted farmyard manure, such as poultry manure.

Precautions for maintenance of basil

It is recommended to keep the Artemisia selengensis in a semi-shaded environment when growing it. If the plant is not exposed to light for a long time, the leaves will be very small. If the light is too strong, the leaves of the plant will be sunburned.
