How much is the yield of greenhouse eggplant per mu? What is the profit of planting one mu of greenhouse eggplant?

Greenhouse eggplant yield per mu

The yield of greenhouse eggplant per mu depends on the planting variety, management, and growth. The yield will be different. Generally, the yield per mu of open-air planting is about 7,000 kilograms, and the yield per mu of greenhouse planting is about 8,000 kilograms. The higher yield can reach about 10,000 kilograms.

Prospects of greenhouse eggplant cultivation

1. Cost: The greenhouse frame costs about 5,500 yuan per acre, the cost of seedlings, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. is about 700 yuan, and the land cost is about 800 yuan. Combined with the above calculations, the cost of greenhouse eggplant is about 7,000 yuan. If the vegetable greenhouse has a use period of 5 years, the annual cost per acre is about 2,500 yuan.

2. Profit: Assuming that the average market price of eggplant is 1.5 yuan per catty, and the yield per mu of land is about 5,000 catties, it can be harvested three to four times a year, which is about 20,000 catties of vegetables. At 1.5 yuan per catty, the profit can be about 30,000 yuan. The prospects for growing eggplant are broad and optimistic.

How to grow eggplant in greenhouse to achieve high yield

1. Disinfection of greenhouse

About a week before planting eggplant, use 4 grams of sulfur powder, 8 grams of sawdust, and 0.1 grams of 80% DDT per cubic meter. After ignition, seal and fumigate for one day and one night, then open the vents for ventilation. If there are eggplant seedlings in the greenhouse, cover it with a small arch to avoid sulfur dioxide poisoning when sulfuric acid is burned.

2. Tillage and fertilization

After disinfection, the soil should be continuously deep-turned to a depth of 30-40cm, and 7500kg of organic fertilizer and 50kg of superphosphate should be applied per mu. After raking and leveling, the soil should be furrowed and planted. When planting, large and small row spacing should be adopted, with a large row spacing of 80cm, a small row spacing of 50cm, and a plant spacing of 40-50cm.

3. Maintenance and management

When the seedlings grow to 15-20 cm, open the plastic film for ventilation. After about 7 days, remove the plastic film. Apply potassium fertilizer once after flowering to increase the fruit setting rate. At the same time, water in time to keep the soil moist.
