When repotting or planting, you can apply decomposed organic fertilizer, such as chicken manure, pigeon manure, bone meal, manure and urine, and cake fertilizer. Be careful not to apply concentrated fertilizer or raw fertilizer. Pruning methodsIn spring, you can prune the weak, diseased and insect-infested branches of jade plants to keep the crown loose and well ventilated and light-permeable. Pinch the branches several times during the growth period and cut back the overgrown branches to promote the growth of axillary buds.
