1. Temperature: Because autumn is the time when chrysanthemums bloom, the temperature cannot be too low. Keeping it warm will help with flowering.

2. Light: Chrysanthemums prefer light and should be kept in a sunny location with good light. This is beneficial for growth and nutrient accumulation, as well as for the blooming of flowers.

3. Fertilization: It has higher requirements for flower fertilizer in autumn. When flower buds are not formed, fertilize about once every ten to fifteen days. After the flower buds are formed, fertilize more frequently, once every four to five days.

4. Watering: Watering in autumn is also important because water is needed for the formation of flowers. However, watering should be done in moderation, keeping the soil slightly moist, and do not allow water to accumulate in the soil.

5. Prevent diseases: It may develop powdery mildew in autumn, so ventilate frequently and spray an appropriate amount of medicine to prevent it.

6. Pruning after flowering: After flowering, it needs to be pruned. The branches that have bloomed should be pruned short and the withered flowers should be removed.

7. Watering with frozen water: Before winter, water the plants with frozen water once to help them survive the winter safely.
