How to grow big leaf green radish in water

How to grow big leaf green radish in water

1. Hydroponic method

1. Choose branches: Select branches with good growth and aerial roots from healthy large-leafed green radish plants, cut them off, and put them in clean water to wash off the flower soil attached to them. Then cut off the leaves on the lower half, treat it with rooting powder, and place it in a ventilated place to dry.

2. Carry out hydroponics: prepare a transparent container, wash it, put the cuttings in it, straighten it, and then inject water. Be careful not to add too much water, just enough to keep the cuttings halfway submerged. Then put it in a place with soft light, change the water in time, keep the water clean, and wait for it to take root.

2. Maintenance methods

1. Light: It needs a certain amount of light to grow, but it does not like strong light, so it should be placed in a place with softer light.

2. Temperature: It prefers warm growing conditions and cannot grow in an overly cold environment. So in winter, you need to take certain measures to keep it warm.

3. Nutrients: Because it grows very fast, it is necessary to add some nutrient solution to the water in time to provide it with the nutrients it needs. However, do not add it too frequently, once every 15 days or so is enough. It is best to dilute it with water before applying it to prevent the concentration from being too high and damaging the plants.
