How to shape boxwood

How to shape boxwood

1. Flat shape

Trim off the uneven branches of the boxwood, leaving only those that grow parallel and horizontally. This way, there will only be denser branches on top, and the overall look will be neat and simple.

2. Upward shape

This shape is to cut off all the messy small branches, so that the main branches and branches all appear to be upward, which can give people a positive feeling.

3. Wind-blown styling

After pruning, make the direction of each branch opposite to that of the main branch, so that it will feel like there is wind blowing, creating the feeling of strong wind.

4. Curtain shape

This shape requires cutting off the thin, upward branches, leaving only the long, drooping branches, and the overall feeling is like a curtain.

5. Natural shape

This does not mean letting it grow naturally. You should cut off the branches that are too dense and too long to make it symmetrical on both sides.
