How to repot magnolia

1. Time selection

The best time to repot magnolia is in April. When repotting, choose a pot that is one size larger than the original one so that its roots have enough space to grow.

2. How to change the pot

When you plan to repot the plant, water the area around the pot one day in advance so that the soil can be better separated from the pot. You can also dig out a circle of soil around the edge of the pot and take out the magnolia and the original potting soil together. When repotting, you can cut off some old and rotten roots to help it grow new roots and promote the growth of new branches.
