Beheading

The most brutal and effective way to turn one succulent head into multiple heads is to cut off the head. This removes the top advantage of the succulent and helps it to grow multiple small heads. Next, Huahua will use Fuji Brocade as an example to explain how to behead.

1. Find a sharp knife and disinfect it. Keep the bottom two layers of leaves and cut off the rest.

2. After about 20 days, the cut part will grow a small head.

3. The cut heads and leaves can be re-grafted.

In addition to beheading succulents to make them explode, beheading can also be used when they start to grow too tall.

Long beheading

1. Cut off the entire head of the succulent, and leave the overgrown stems to a length that satisfies you, then cut them off.

2. In about 20 days, new buds will grow on the elongated stems.

3. The cut off head can be put back into the pot.

Topping

Some flower lovers may not have the heart to be harsh on their succulents. Such flower lovers can choose a gentler method - pinching. Huahua still uses the black wizard as an example to explain.

1. Remove the few leaves in the center of the succulent to remove the apical dominance and stimulate the growth of small heads.

2. In about 15-20 days, a new head will grow out.

3. Some succulents will grow new small heads on their rhizomes after being pinched.

Leaf cuttings

Leaf cutting is also one of the easiest ways to kill someone in the head. Huahua uses peach eggs as an example to explain how to do leaf cuttings.

1. Dry the freshly broken succulent leaves in a cool and ventilated place for 3-5 days, and then lay them flat on the soil. When watering, do not water the leaves.

2. In about 15 days, the small heads will grow out, and in about 30 days, the small heads will grow into bean sprouts!
