How to water Lycoris radiata?

Watering method:

Lycoris radiata has a relatively strong vitality. It prefers moist soil and can be easily kept alive as long as the soil in the pot is kept moist. Its native place is cool and humid all year round.

Under what conditions can watering be done:

Observe the surface of the soil. If the surface of the potting soil appears grayish white, water it immediately; but if its flowers and leaves show signs of withering, gradually control the amount of watering. Under normal circumstances, it is about to begin to hibernate, and it is not advisable to provide water at this time, let alone fertilize. But you cannot cut off watering all at once. You should gradually reduce the amount of water and then stop watering. Once the dormant state is over, you can resume normal watering.

Frequency of watering:

Under normal circumstances, it is fine to water once every three to five days. The watering time in winter and summer is basically the same, but because each person's breeding environment is different, the watering interval will also deviate, so you still have to observe the soil first when watering. Also, the soil should never be too moist, let alone stagnant water, otherwise the roots will rot.

Watering time:

It is best to water it in the evening. Never water it in the sun, as it is not suitable for survival in the sun. No matter what, you must ensure that there is no water in the basin.
