How to grow the star beauty

How long does it take to burst?

The star beauty can bloom in 1 to 2 months.

If you want the plant to bloom out of the pot, you must plant it on the soil surface, and then wait for the roots of the mother plant to grow well, then start various pruning, and after pruning, spread it in the pot, and then sprinkle a thin layer of vermiculite on the surface of the potting soil, spray a little, and then spray water every day to keep it moist, and new buds will emerge in about a week.

Maintenance tips for blooming pots

Spring: When repotting, add a mixture of fertile garden soil and coarse sand, with a small amount of leaf mold and bone meal. At the same time, the stems and leaves should be properly pruned, and watering should not be too much when the pot is just changed. Fertilize once a month during the growing season, but the amount of application should be controlled. Too much nitrogen fertilizer will cause the internodes to elongate, the leaves to be sparse, and the posture to be poor.

Summer: When the temperature is high and the light is strong, provide appropriate shade so that the fleshy leaves will appear bright green, but the shading time should not be too long, otherwise the stems and leaves will be tender and prone to lodging.

Autumn: Place it in a sunny place. As long as there is enough sunlight, the star beauty will grow very quickly.

Winter: It is best to maintain the room temperature at 10℃, reduce watering, keep the soil in the pot slightly dry, the growth of the Star Beauty will slow down, and the stems and leaves will be compact and pleasing to the eye. If the soil in the pot is too wet, the stems and leaves will easily grow too tall, and if the temperature drops too low, they will freeze and rot.
