How to cultivate blue skirt

How to cultivate blue skirt

1. Soil:

Blue Skirt has strong adaptability and is not very demanding on soil, but it is suitable for cultivation in soil with moderate viscosity, fertility, looseness and good drainage.

2. Temperature:

Blue Skirt is not resistant to cold and high temperatures. The suitable temperature for its growth is 5-25℃, which should not be too high or too low. Temperatures that are too high will slow down the growth of the plant, while temperatures that are too low will cause the plant to wilt.

3. Watering:

Water the blue skirt plant in moderation to ensure that the soil in the pot is moist. Do not water it too much, otherwise water will accumulate and the roots will easily rot. When the weather is hot, you can increase the watering frequency appropriately.

4. Lighting:

Blue skirt likes an environment with plenty of sunlight. It needs sufficient light to grow. During the cultivation period, the lighting environment should be maintained with full or half sun.

5. Notes:

1. Diseases:

The main diseases of the blue skirt flower are rust and powdery mildew, which will cause a large number of leaves of the blue skirt flower to fall off and affect its growth. It can be controlled by spraying wettable powder of diniconazole and mancozeb solution.

2. Pests:

The main pests are scale insects and red spider mites, which can damage the leaves and fruits of the plants. Chemical agents such as dicofol emulsifiable concentrate and oxydemeton-methyl emulsifiable concentrate can be used for spraying for prevention and control.
