1. Roots: Dandelion roots usually grow in a curved shape, are conical in shape, and are about 4-10 cm long. The root surface is brown and slightly wrinkled, with brown or yellowish-white hairs on the top.

2. Leaves: Dandelion leaves are lanceolate, 4-20 cm long and 1-5 cm wide. The top of the leaves is sometimes blunt and sometimes pointed, with wavy teeth on the edges and sometimes deeply pinnate-shaped. The lobes at the top are large, mostly triangular, with 3-5 lobes on each side. Its petioles and veins are reddish purple with spider-like white hairs.

3. Flowers: Dandelion flowers grow at the top of the peduncle. The scape is as long as the leaves, purple-red on top, and covered with dense, spider-like hairs. Its flowers are in head-shaped inflorescences with a diameter of about 3-4 cm. The bracts are bell-shaped, light green in color, and have 2-3 layers. The outermost layer has a wide membranous edge, light green at the bottom, purple-red at the top, and some bumps. The inner layer is larger and the tip is also purple-red. Its ligulate flowers are yellow with purple-red stripes on the back.

4. Fruit: The fruit of dandelion is achene, which is mostly lanceolate, dark brown in color, only 4-5 mm long and about 1 mm wide. It has small thorns on it, with slender tips and white pappus that will blow away when the wind blows.
