The growth process of peas

The growth process of peas

1. Soak in water for germination

First choose the right peas to ensure the growth process. Select the peas and soak them in warm water. Then prepare a few wet towels, place the seeds on them, and spray water on them every day to keep them moist. They will germinate in about 2-3 days and white sprouts will grow on them.

2. Taking root and growing

After germination, you can sow the seeds and bury them in the soil. The seeds will grow roots and then penetrate into the soil, absorbing nutrients from the ground and promoting plant growth. The upper part will emerge from the ground and grow small leaves, absorbing sufficient sunlight, allowing chlorophyll to function.

3. Raise the height and flourish

With the action of roots and leaves, the plant will continue to grow taller, so that the plant becomes thicker, the number of leaves increases, the plant shape becomes lush, and the height can reach 0.5-2 meters.

4. Blossom and Fruit

As the growth continues, flowers will bloom in June and July, arranged in racemes in the leaf axils. The corolla has rich colors, generally white and purple. In August and September, pods and seeds will grow. The pods are oblong, about 2.5-10 cm long, and contain 2-10 seeds with wrinkles on the surface.
