1. Leaf Difference

The leaves of the golden heart spider plant are very slender, linear-lanceolate in shape, with yellow-white longitudinal stripes in the center of the leaf surface, the base of the leaves embraces the stem, and the leaf color is bright green. Creeping branches will grow from the axils of its leaves, extending out from the main and subordinate branches, and small plants with aerial roots will grow at the top.

The leaves of Chlorophytum comosum are broad linear, light green in color, grown on short stems, have very large cylindrical fleshy roots, and the edges of the leaves are golden yellow.

2. Flower Differences

The flowers of the golden heart spider plant are white, with 6 petals, and the flowering period is in spring and summer.

Chlorophytum comosum has a raceme that is about 30 to 60 cm long. The inflorescence is curved and drooping, and it blooms small white flowers.
