The flowers of the Schefflera grow at the top of the branches and leaves, are conical in shape, and have white petals. The flowering period is from November to December. The flowers of the money tree are lanceolate in shape, and the petals are light yellow in color. The flowering period is from May to November.

3. Differences in Fruits

The fruit of the Schefflera is ball-shaped, about 5 mm in diameter, black in color, and has inconspicuous edges. The fruit of the money tree is more pear-shaped, 4-6 cm in diameter, 9-10 cm long, almost yellowish brown in color, and has a thicker skin.
