How to cultivate the flower dance

Cuttings

In early summer, select strong and full stem nodes, cut off 1 to 2 nodes, dry them in a cool place, insert them into the sand bed, and they will take root after 2 weeks.

grafting

In late spring or autumn, grafting is done by inlay grafting and the plant will heal and survive in 15 days. You can use the three-edged arrow cactus or the cactus with thick stem nodes as the rootstock for grafting. The advantages of grafting are not only good growth and abundant flowering, but also beautiful plant shape.

How to care for the dance of falling flowers

Repotting

Repot every two years. When repotting, cut short any branches that are too long or too dense. Pots usually use 12~15 cm pots, and hanging baskets use 15~20 cm pots, with 3~5 plants in each pot.

Watering

Water once a week in spring and autumn to keep the soil moist. Provide appropriate shade in summer and keep the soil moderately moist in winter. The specific number of waterings depends on the room temperature.

Ensure sufficient light during the flowering period and move the plant as little as possible to avoid breaking stems and falling flowers.

Things to note when growing the Flower Dance

If the soil for the Dancing Flower is not chosen correctly, the leaves will become soft and shrunken easily;

The plants of Fallen Flower Dance after grafting and cuttings will be fatter, tenderer and fresher than the mother plant. If the mother plant never blooms, you can cut it off and take cuttings for maintenance.
