Mites

Mites are the main pest that harms blue snow flowers. They can cause the leaves of blue snow flowers to curl inward. Mites can be sprayed to prevent and control them. During the seedling period of blue snow flower, it is recommended to spray the leaves with 0.01% peptide nitrogen, which will accelerate its growth rate; after the seedlings are mature, it is recommended to spray 0.1% peptide nitrogen once a week. Usually, you should pay attention to watering frequently and water thoroughly to keep the soil moist.

Root-knot nematodes

Root-knot nematodes mainly harm the roots of blue snow plants. The soil must be disinfected before use. Once the disease occurs, you can spray the soil surface with 80% bromochloropropane emulsifiable concentrate dilution.

Scale insects

Scale insects will suck the sap of the branches and leaves of the blue snow flower, causing the branches and leaves to wither, and in severe cases even leading to the death of the entire plant. Use 25% phosmet emulsifiable concentrate diluted 1,000 times as diluted to spray for prevention and control.
