This controller is mainly applicable to trough-type single-axis device. The motor used is 12 or 24V DC Brush Motor. The device uses pitch manner of execution to track sunlight and uses concave mirror to focus to generate heat.
The optical sensor of the controller has a special fan-shaped physical structure, which can detect the change of solar altitude angle within 180 degrees, perform corresponding actions drive motor to track solar altitude angle, and also has the function of temperature detection and control.
This controller has two drive output types, one is relay drive type, which can control DC Brush Motor within 15A at most.
The other is a solid-state drive type, which can control the DC brush motor with a maximum current less than 4A, and accurately control the motor with PWM low speed drive motor when aiming at the Sun and entering a relatively fine angle.
