1. Roots: Dandelion roots are relatively long, generally between 4-10 cm. Since it is fully grown, it appears cone-shaped. The surface of the root is tan and wrinkled, with brown or yellowish-white hairs on the top.

2. Leaves: Dandelion leaves are lanceolate, up to 20 cm in length, and the shortest is 4 cm. The edges have wavy teeth or deep pinnate-shaped fissures. The lobes at the top are large, mostly triangular. The lobes are generally flat and have teeth on the edges. In addition, there are often spidery white hairs on the petioles.

3. Flowers: Dandelions have one or several peduncles, about 10-25 cm long, purple-red on the upper part with long white hairs. Its flowers are capitula, only 4 cm in diameter, and the involucre is bell-shaped, light green in color, and generally has 2-3 layers of bracts. The ligulate flowers are yellow, 8 mm long, with purple-red stripes on the back.

4. Fruit: The fruit of dandelion is a lanceolate achene, dark brown in color, 4-5 mm in length, and has small thorns on it. There is fuzz on the top of the achene, which will detach from the plant and begin to fall when the wind blows. When it floats to a place suitable for growth, it will begin to take root and sprout.
