How to make Forsythia tea

How to make Forsythia tea

1. Production method

1. Boil directly

It is a traditional Chinese medicinal material. The part that can produce effects is its fruit. It belongs to the Oleaceae family and has different names in different parts of my country. You can mix 20 grams of this plant with 3 grams of green tea, boil it with 250 ml of water, and boil it for about five minutes. You can drink it until all its flavors come out. You can also drink it directly with 200 ml of hot water. It can detoxify and protect the liver.

2. Make into tea

The method of making it into tea is not difficult. You just need to select its young buds, wash them with clean water, and steam them in a cage for five to ten minutes. Don't let them be too cooked or the leaves will be rotten. You can also dry it or bake it, and make it into tea. Then put it in fine bran, remove the powder, and then do jacquard processing to make it a finished product. It can quench thirst, relieve heat and refresh the mind.

2. Efficacy

After use, it can eliminate swelling, remove heat, clear away heat and detoxify, resist bacteria, eliminate inflammation, etc., and the effect is very good. It is divided into two types, one is green Qiao and the other is old Qiao. If the fruit is just ripe in autumn and picked when it is still green, and the impurities are removed, and then steamed and dried, it is called green Qiao. If you wait until the fruit is fully ripe before picking and drying it, it is called old Qiao. Generally, the quality of the former is better than the latter.

3. Use precautions

Although it has excellent effects on the lungs, small intestine and heart, you must be careful about the dosage. It is best to control it to six to fifteen grams each time. Never put too much. Some patients are not suitable for this Chinese medicine. If they experience diarrhea or nausea, it means side effects have occurred. Consuming this scented tea may also cause liver poisoning, so be careful.
