How to use benzylpyraclostrobin

How to use benzylpyraclostrobin

Benpyraclostrobin is a common closed herbicide , mainly used to control annual grass weeds and certain broadleaf weeds. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit weed cell division, making it impossible for weeds to grow normally, thereby achieving the effect of weed control. So how do you use this drug? Let’s learn more about it below.

How to use benzylpyraclostrobin

Benpyraclostrobin is mainly used for weeding in rice fields. Its usage method mainly depends on the rice planting method and the growth conditions of weeds. for example:

1. Water direct seeding field

2-4 days after sowing the germinated seeds, use 60-80 grams of 40% benzylpyrachlor and 40 kg of water and spray evenly. Keep the field moist without water accumulation during application. Keep the seedling board moist within 5 days after application to improve the weed control effect. Blind valley sowing should be used during the seedling establishment stage to avoid pesticide damage.

2. Dry direct seeding field

In dry direct-seeding rice fields, benzylpyraclostrobin can be applied after sowing and before seedlings emerge to seal the soil. If dry seeds are sown, benzylpyraclostrobin should be applied after the rice germinates. The specific usage is to use 100-113 ml of 30% benzylpyrachlor emulsifiable concentrate diluted with 30 kg of water per acre for spraying 2-4 days after sowing, or mix it evenly with 20 kg of fine moist soil and then spread it over the field.

3. Transplanting field

7 days after rice transplanting, use 40 grams of 20% ethopropene, 20 grams of 10% pyrazosulfuron-methyl, 60 grams of 30% benzylbutyric acid, or 100-120 ml of 35% benzylsulfuron-methyl per mu, and apply them by spreading them using the medicated soil method or medicated fertilizer method. Before application, irrigate the field with 3-5 cm of water, and maintain the water layer for 5-7 days after application.

Precautions for use of benzaproamide

1. In production, it is often applied when sowing germination rice in water-seeded rice fields, while dry rice seeds are mostly sown in dry rice fields. It cannot be applied before the rice seeds’ roots grow out, otherwise it will affect the germination of the rice seeds .

2. When applying pesticides, a shallow water layer should be maintained in the rice field, with a depth of about 3 to 5 cm, to facilitate the absorption and spread of the pesticide.

3. After applying the pesticide, keep the soil moist without water accumulation. Pay attention to drainage in rainy weather to prevent the water layer from submerging the seedling core and causing pesticide damage.

4. Benpyraclostrobin has a high risk to certain crops such as wheat , radish, cucumber, etc., so care should be taken to avoid phytotoxicity when using it.

5. Benpyraclostrobin is toxic to aquatic organisms, so it should be used away from aquaculture areas and it is prohibited to clean the application equipment in rivers, ponds and other water bodies.

6. Protective clothing, masks, gloves and other protective equipment should be worn when applying pesticides.

In general, when using benzylpyraclostrobin, you must master the correct method and strictly follow the instructions in the instructions to ensure safety and effectiveness.
