What to do if the leaves of hydroponic Anthurium turn black

What to do if the leaves of hydroponic Anthurium turn black

1. Water

1. Too much water. Too much water can easily cause the plant to suffer from gray mold. In fact, this plant only needs to be watered every 4 to 7 days. If the weather is relatively dry, you can generally use clean water to spray a small amount of moisture on the leaves of the plant. When it is cloudy and the weather is not so dry, there is no need to spray water. But remember that the higher the temperature, the more frequent the spraying will be.

2. Remediation method: You can buy some medicine for treating gray mold on the market, dilute it according to the drug's usage configuration, and then use it.

2. Light

1. Not enough light. If it is not nourished by light for a long time, its leaves will find it difficult to grow normally and will gradually turn black.

2. Treatment method: We can move it to a balcony with sunlight. Generally, it will be enough to leave it there for 15 days. The environment of the balcony needs to be well ventilated and have sunlight. Doing so can extend its lifespan to a certain extent, but be sure not to let direct sunlight radiate to it.

3. Note

Generally speaking, it is very simple to grow this kind of plant in water. You just need to buy professional tools, such as glass containers and net bags. After buying the plant, you can wash its roots with water. According to the size of its roots, cut an appropriate hole on the net bag to allow the roots to pass through. Finally, put some stones on the net bag to stabilize the anthurium. Fill a glass container with water. Just enough water to cover the roots, allowing them to be in contact with the roots but not completely submerged.
