Why don't the balcony peppers bear fruit?

Why don't the balcony peppers bear fruit?

Reason 1: Peppers do not bear fruit: seeds

First of all, do you process and screen the seeds when you sow them? It is recommended that you place your seeds in a bowl of 50 degrees Celsius warm water before sowing, then stir clockwise until the water temperature reaches 30 degrees Celsius. After soaking them for five hours, take out the seeds and soak them in 2% sodium hydroxide solution for 20 minutes. Finally, take them out, rinse them and germinate them in an environment of 30 degrees Celsius. This is the most important step in growing healthy pepper plants!

The second reason why peppers do not bear fruit: temperature

The most suitable temperature for peppers to bloom and bear fruit is 18-28. Is the temperature on your balcony suitable? If you are not sure, it is recommended that you place a thermometer on the balcony to monitor it at all times.

The third reason why peppers do not bear fruit: humidity

Pepper is a water-loving plant. During its growth period, it must be watered frequently to keep it moist. Although it can't be too dry, it can't be too flooded either!

Reason 4 for peppers not bearing fruit: Fertilizer

Too much nitrogen fertilizer will not only reduce the spiciness of peppers, but also affect the fruit setting of peppers. It is recommended to use a higher ratio of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, and less nitrogen fertilizer!

Reason 5 for peppers not bearing fruit: light

Plants placed on the balcony are easily exposed to strong sunlight, which is very harmful to peppers. So it is best to avoid strong sunlight appropriately.
