Lily leaf disease prevention and control

Lily leaf disease prevention and control

1. Leaf blight

Symptoms: The disease first occurs on the underside of the leaves, with irregular circular spots appearing on the diseased leaves. When the disease is serious, the leaves will die.

Prevention and control: When the disease is found, the diseased leaves need to be removed in time and the fungicide should be sprayed once every 7-10 days.

2. Mosaic disease

Symptoms: When this disease occurs, uneven spots of different depths will appear on the leaves, causing the plant to become shorter, the edges of the leaves to curl, and the shape of the entire leaf to become smaller. In addition to harming the leaves, it will also affect the petals, causing light brown spots to appear on the petals and preventing them from blooming easily.

Prevention and control: When planting, choose disease-free ones to eliminate infection at the source. Usually we should strengthen the prevention and control of pests, as pests can also affect the disease. When diseased plants are found, they need to be removed in time and then gathered together and destroyed.

3. Spot disease

Symptoms: When the disease first occurs, small brown spots will grow on the leaves, and then black spots will appear in the center of the spots. In severe cases, the entire leaf will turn black and die.

Prevention and control: Remove the diseased leaves in time to prevent the spread of the disease, and then spray with mancozeb, which can have a good effect.
