Aquilegia mosaic diseaseThe whole plant is diseased, and the leaves are wrinkled and deformed. The pathogen is caused by cucumber mosaic virus. The virus particles are spherical, with a diameter of 35 nanometers, a detoxification temperature of 60~70℃, and a virus preservation period in vitro of 3~5 days. The host range is wide. The transmission route may be through friction between aphids and sap, causing healthy plants to become diseased. Prevention and treatment methodsApply fertilizers scientifically and effectively, use more compound fertilizers and organic fertilizers, avoid applying nitrogen fertilizers excessively, and add phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to improve the nutritional conditions of Aquilegia vulgaris and enhance the plant's antiviral ability; and loosen the soil in time to promote the development of the plant's root system. Remove weeds promptly. Prevent and control aphids early and eliminate the vectors that transmit the disease. Aquilegia oleracea powdery mildewThe disease occurs on the leaves, initially appearing as small white powdery spots, which then gradually expand until the entire leaf surface is covered with white powdery substances. Powdery mildew fungi belong to the subdivision Sodcomycota. The suitable temperature for the disease is 16~24℃, and the relative humidity is about 75%. The disease is prone to occur when the temperature is high and the air circulation is poor. Prevention and treatment methodsIn the early stage of the disease, you can use 300 times diluted 50% polysulfide suspension, or 1500 times diluted 15% triadimefon wettable agent, or 2000 times diluted 20% triadimefon emulsifiable concentrate, etc., spray once every 7 to 10 days, and spray 2 to 3 times in a row. |
