1. Causes of root rot

When caring for Chinese evergreen, root rot will occur if the potting soil is not suitable or the water management is improper. If the amount of water is too much, it will cause poor breathing of the plant roots, which will cause root rot. Once root rot is discovered, remedial measures need to be taken promptly.

II. Remedial Measures

If the condition is more serious, the root rot is more obvious and even some branches have already rotted. We can cut off the normal branches of the Chinese evergreen, place them in a cool and ventilated place to dry for two or three days, and then re-graft them.
