Why do the leaves of evergreen turn yellow?

Why do the leaves of evergreen turn yellow?

1. Causes

1. The temperature is too high: In summer, the weather is too hot, causing the temperature in its living environment to be too high, or it is exposed to the sun for a long time, causing the leaves to be scorched and turn yellow.

2. Improper watering: If too much water is given, the water in the pot will accumulate and cannot be absorbed. If it is not rescued in time, it will not only cause yellow leaves, but may also lead to death. If you give too little, the plant will not be able to absorb water from it, which will cause the leaves to turn yellow, and in severe cases, it will even cause withering.

3. Improper fertilization: Applying too much nutrients that the plant does not need will cause the old leaves to turn yellow and fall off. During the growth process, appropriate nutrients were not added in time.

2. Solution

1. Cut off the burnt leaves, avoid direct sunlight, move to a cool place for maintenance, and slowly plant.

2. Add water according to the actual growth conditions of the plants and different seasons. Move them to a ventilated place to promote evaporation after waterlogging. If there is too little water, add water gradually to allow the plants to slowly adapt and replenish water.

3. Add nutrients according to the growth situation. If there is too much nutrients, water it to let the remaining nutrients drain out.
