5. Harvesting and storage

(1) Harvesting: After pitaya is ripe, it is harvested according to market demand. The best time to harvest is early morning or late evening, avoiding high temperature periods. Use professional harvesting tools to avoid damaging the fruits and plants.

(2) Storage: After harvesting, place the dragon fruit in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To extend its shelf life, store it in the refrigerator.
