1. Pruning method

1. Old branches: Prune the old branches and remove those that cannot bloom and have no new branches. Do not leave them there to affect growth. Especially for plants that have been cultivated for a long time, this can reduce nutrient consumption, promote the growth of new branches, which will gradually replace the old branches, and can also enhance light transmittance and improve lighting conditions.

2. Flowering branches: The flowering branches also need to be processed, leaving 2-3 strong buds on them, and the other buds can be removed.

3. New branches: The pruning of new branches needs to be based on the actual situation. If there are no flowering branches on them, you need to cut off a section of the top branch. If many flowering branches grow on the top of new branches, these also need to be removed to suppress the dominance of the top so that branches in other parts can grow.

2. Traction method

1. Support: To pull the branches, you must first set up the support. If there are ready-made fences, brackets, etc. at home, you can make it climb along them. You can also set up some grids as supports and fix the main branches on them.

2. Pruning: Not only fix it on top, but also cooperate with pruning to determine the direction of branch growth, so that the longer branches at the top extend upward and the short branches remain at the bottom.
