How to grow double-line arrowroot

1. Maintenance conditions

1. Flower soil: The flower soil used for cultivation should be loose, fertile, and have good drainage. It is recommended to mix leaf mold and peat soil for use.

2. Light: The maintenance location should have bright light and avoid direct sunlight. Especially in summer, it needs to block some sunlight.

3. Water: Water should be replenished in time during the growing season to avoid excessive dryness. It is best to decide the number of watering according to the breeding climate. Normally you can water it once a day, or once every 2-3 days.

4. Fertilization: It is best to fertilize once every half a month during the peak growth period, mainly with nitrogen fertilizer, which will make the leaves more beautiful. It is also necessary to apply phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, and stop fertilizing during the dormant period.

2. Breeding Methods

1. Division: It is best to do it in spring. Use a sharp knife to cut the root block, which should have some stems, leaves or leaf buds on it. Then divide the roots and plant them separately.

2. Cutting: Cut a piece of tender shoots with a length of about 10-15cm, keep half of the leaves, dip it in rooting powder and insert it into the substrate. Make sure the temperature is not lower than 20℃, and it will grow roots in 1-2 months.
