Quinoa growth cycle management

The yield of quinoa per mu in Gansu can reach 500 to 800 kilograms, while in the south it is generally around 500 kilograms, which is not too high.

Temperature management: Quinoa should be planted in an environment with a temperature of 15 to 20 degrees in May. It is best to sow it after the rain. Avoid sowing it too early and avoid rainy days during the flowering period of millet.

Fertilization management : Quinoa requires a one-time application of sufficient base fertilizer and topdressing of triple compound fertilizer. In the later stage of growth, phosphorus fertilizer and trace elements should be sprayed on the leaves to promote flowering, fruiting and grain filling.
