How to grow orchids to make them bloom easily

How to grow orchids to make them bloom easily

1. Suitable temperature

Temperature is one of the important factors that promote plant flowering. There is a difference in temperature between day and night. The best temperature during the day is between 15 and 25 degrees; at night, it should be around 15 degrees. Within this range, the formation of flower buds is conducive.

2. Appropriate amount of water

The basic principle is to "water thoroughly when the soil is dry", which can be judged based on the dryness or wetness of the soil. It is best not to use tap water for watering, and even if you do, it must be left for more than two hours. Rainwater or spring water is best.

3. Suitable humidity

Not only watering, but also humidity needs attention. The humidity is best in the range of 60 to 70 percent. If the humidity is not reached, water spraying is needed to increase the humidity. Especially when it is dry, you must pay special attention.

4. Plenty of light

Although the plant prefers shade, flower buds cannot form without sunlight. The best place is to place it in a bright place with diffuse light. Doing this will make it easier for it to bud. However, when there is scattered light at noon, appropriate shade is still needed.

5. Appropriate amount of fertilizer

It is best to give the plant some nutrients before and after the flowering period. Not too much, once a month is fine. In order to make it bloom easily, phosphorus fertilizer is very necessary.
