Water Control

These are probably the two words that succulent farmers hear most in winter. That’s right, reasonable water control can also prevent succulents from frostbite. Most succulents will stop growing or grow very slowly in winter, so they cannot be watered as usual, and the frequency and amount of watering should be reduced. At the same time, watering should be done around noon, and it is also very important not to let the plants get wet when watering. Don't water on rainy days. Some succulents only need a little water throughout the winter, so never water them like irrigation.

Fertilization

Succulents do not need to be fertilized in winter, but they will be fertilized for the last time before winter. This fertilization is also to increase the succulents' ability to resist cold, but not all of them need to be fertilized, and different succulents need different treatments.

You can wrap the succulent in a transparent plastic bottle or plastic film and remove it when the temperature is suitable for its growth.

Basin

Just put a larger basin outside the original basin, and fill the gap in the middle with plastic and foam, which can also effectively keep warm.

Sunlight

In winter, you can place succulents in the sun for maintenance. The temperature will rise after being exposed to the sun, so let the succulents get more sun.
