The difference between leek and daffodil

The difference between leek and daffodil

1. Different bulbs

The bulb of the rain orchid, also known as the wind orchid, is darker in color and covered with a black-brown membrane, making it appear darker than the latter. The height is about 3.5 cm and the thickness is about 3 cm.

The bulb of daffodil is light in appearance and covered with a brown membrane.

2. Different leaves

There are many leaves on the leek plant, about 24 leaves, which are linear in shape, slightly fleshy, and relatively flat and thin. It is emerald green in color and very slender, with a length of about 15-65 cm and a width of about 7-10 mm.

The daffodil plant generally has 5-9 leaves per plant, and up to about 11 leaves. They are flat and ribbon-shaped, and are relatively thick and full. Its leaves are pale green with a pink-white frost on the surface and are about 30-50 cm long.

3. Different flowers

The flowers of the former are light purple in color, 3.5-4.5 cm in length, and the petals are relatively scattered.

The latter's flowers are generally white, with yellow in the middle and lower parts, and six petals next to each other.
