The normal flowering period of Xanthoceras sorbifolia is in spring from April to May. Most of the flowers are bisexual racemes with five petals. The flowers often gather together, which provides a good ornamental effect. The flowering period lasts neither short nor long, about 20 days. After that, the flowers will gradually wither and the remaining flowers need to be removed in time. However, through modern technology, winter flowering can now be achieved, which is difficult to achieve under natural conditions.
