The petiole is 3 to 7 cm long. The leaflets are ovate-oblong or lanceolate, with wavy or crenate teeth on the edges, dark green on the upper side and light green on the back. 2. Flower DifferencesFive-leaf ginseng has umbel-shaped panicles, which are terminal, with a diameter of 2 to 2.5 cm. The flowers are white, with 5 petals, about 2 mm long, and usually fused into a cap.
