Wood spinach can be propagated by cuttings all year round. It is very easy to survive and grows very quickly. When you buy new wood ear vegetables, eat the tender tips and leaves, and don’t throw away the remaining old stems. Put them in a cool and ventilated place to dry the wounds, and then cut them into loose and breathable soil. It will take about five days for them to take root and sprout, and you can eat a crop in about 30 days.
