Gloriosa serrata

Broad-petaled Gloriosa has broad lanceolate leaves, a relatively broad lanceolate perianth, recurved petals with wavy edges at times, and orange-red petals with golden yellow bases. Tendrils grow at the tip from the 3rd-4th nodes. The leaf arrangement is irregular, with 15-20 leaves opposite, alternate or whorled.

Gloriosa ovata has oval leaves, red or yellow flowers, and smooth edges on the petals.
